Travel Agency Cancellation Policy
7 days or more before the date of travel
If a guest cancels the tour 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.
3 to 6 days before the travel date
For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour start, the client will be charged 50% of the total tour price. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 48 hours of the tour start date
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start are non-refundable. Bookings canceled within this window or no-shows will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Important
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within seven working days using the original payment method.
Day Tour Cancellation Policy
72 hours or more before the tour
A full refund will be granted, excluding any transaction fees.
Less than 48 hours before the tour
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within this period.
No-show on the day of the tour
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
Safari Cancellation Policy
48 hours or more before the safari
Guests are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees, if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Less than 48 hours before the safari
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the safari start time are non-refundable.
No-show on the day of the safari
A full 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy
Up to 7 days before check-in
Free cancellation may be available for selected room types based on the individual hotel’s policy
In most cases, a 100% refund is applicable if the hotel allows cancellations within this window
Guests are advised to check the specific cancellation conditions of their selected room type during booking
Between 3 to 6 days before check-in
A cancellation fee will usually apply depending on the hotel’s terms and category
Typically, 50% to 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded
The deducted percentage may include administrative charges or one night’s room charge, depending on the property
Less than 48 hours before check-in
Most hotels apply a 100% charge for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in
This includes cancellations due to travel delays, last-minute plan changes, or personal emergencies
No refund will be given unless otherwise approved by the property
No-show or early check-out
Guests who fail to check in on the reserved date without notifying us or the hotel in advance will be charged 100% of the booking amount
Early departures are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable unless specifically stated in the property’s policy
Refund timeline
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 3 to 5 working days upon receiving confirmation from the hotel
