1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a payment (amount will be specified during booking).
- The remaining balance must be settled before the safari begins.
- We arrange on your request pay on day system also.
2. Pricing
- This is the main package and prices are based on the number of passengers (pax). If the pax count changes, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
- Park entrance fees are included unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours or more before the safari: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
- No-show on the day of safari: 100% charge applies.
4. Pickup & Drop-off
- Pickup and drop-off services are provided only within the specified radius or as agreed during booking.
- Additional charges may apply for long-distance pickups.
5. Safari Timings
- Morning Safari: 5:00 AM
- Evening Safari: 2:00 PM
- Full-Day Safari: 5:00 AM
(Timings may vary based on park regulations and weather conditions.)
6. Park Entry
- Guests must carry a valid passport or ID copy for park entry ticketing.
- Entry permits are non-refundable once purchased.
7. Safety Guidelines
- Follow the driver/guide instructions at all times.
- Do not feed animals, throw garbage, or make loud noises inside the park.
8. Vehicle & Guide
- All safaris are conducted in licensed 4×4 jeeps with experienced guides.( You can arrange Luxury jeep also )
- We are not responsible for delays or route changes caused by park authority decisions, weather, or unexpected closures.
9. Wildlife Sightings
- Sightings of animals cannot be guaranteed, as they are in their natural habitat.
