Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only after we receive the initial payment amount, which will be clearly mentioned during the booking process. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your tour. For your convenience, we can also arrange a pay-on-the-day option if requested in advance.
Pricing
Our prices are calculated based on the number of passengers (pax) and the chosen itinerary. If the number of participants changes, the overall price will be recalculated accordingly. Tour inclusions such as meals, entrance tickets, and guides are included only when mentioned specifically in the package. We are happy to offer complete tour solutions including accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing activities if requested.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing or transaction fees. If a cancellation is made between 3 to 6 days before the tour, 50% of the total tour price will be refunded. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start date or failure to show up on the day of the tour will result in a 100% charge, and no refund will be issued.

Pickup & Drop-off
We provide pickup and drop-off services within the agreed-upon areas confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for pickups or drop-offs located outside of these areas or for long-distance travel.
Tour Timings
Tour start times will depend on your personalized itinerary, local conditions, and traffic. Please understand that delays may occur due to unforeseen situations such as weather disruptions or roadblocks, which are beyond our control.
Entrance Tickets & Permits
Certain attractions and national parks may require valid identification such as a passport or national ID for ticketing purposes. Please carry them with you. All entrance tickets and permits are non-refundable once issued.
Safety Guidelines
During the tour, all guests are expected to follow safety instructions given by the driver or guide at all times. Please avoid littering, damaging historical or natural sites, and respect the traditions and privacy of local communities.
Vehicle & Guide
All tours are operated using licensed vehicles driven by experienced professional drivers. If you would like to travel in a luxury or upgraded vehicle, this can be arranged upon request depending on availability and additional cost.
Sightseeing & Activities
Some experiences such as wildlife sightings or participation in cultural events depend on natural and local conditions. Therefore, these cannot be guaranteed as part of the tour.

Hotel Booking – Terms & Conditions
Check-in
Guests can check in to the accommodation from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please inform us in advance for special arrangements.
Check-out
Check-out time is from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the property.
Cancellation and Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of accommodation booked. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of reservation. Please review them carefully to avoid charges.
Children and Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 6 years and above will be charged as adults. Requests for extra beds or cribs must be made in advance and are subject to the property’s availability.
No Age Restriction
There is no minimum age requirement for check-in at most properties. However, some accommodations may have their own guidelines, which will be shared at the time of booking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the properties we manage or partner with unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
Only cash and online payments are accepted at the accommodation. Please ensure you carry sufficient cash if the property does not accept card payments.
