1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a payment (amount will be specified during booking).
- The remaining balance must be settled before the tour begins.
- We can arrange a pay-on-the-day system upon your request.
2. Pricing
- Prices are based on the number of passengers (pax) and the selected itinerary.
- If the pax count changes, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
- Included only if mentioned in the package.
- We can also arrange hotels and complete tour packages, including accommodation, transport, and activities.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours or more before the tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
- No-show on the day of the tour: 100% charge applies.
4. Pickup & Drop-off
- Pickup and drop-off services are provided within the agreed locations mentioned during booking.
- Additional charges may apply for long-distance pickups or drop-offs outside the agreed area.
5. Tour Timings
- Timings may vary based on your customized itinerary and traffic conditions.
- Delays due to weather, roadblocks, or other unavoidable circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Entrance Tickets & Permits
- Guests must carry a valid passport or ID for ticketing at certain attractions.
- Entry permits/tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
